Extinct - thanks (not) for the tech support!

Long time user, just ran into a tech problem and asked for support. Just as with commenters below, I found out these guys were bought by Apple. Evidently, they just walked away from this software and left us all high and dry.

Ive moved to 1Password, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
